Dinner and dancing for senior citizens

The Bayport-Blue Point High School hosted its annual Senior Dinner on Thursday May 2.

Over 150 senior citizens from the community came, with members of senior class serving salads and food buffet style.

The school jazz band played, with couples taking over the dance floor to Glenn Miller favorites.

School clerk, Suzanne Bonetti, who is the chief organizer for the event, said, “This is a beloved tradition in the community that has been going on for over 10 years.”
