Our Lady of the Snow in Blue Point hosted an Easter egg hunt, complete with a boisterous and enthusiastic Easter bunny, played by altar server, Anastasia Cirone.
Over 50 children attended and hunted for eggs around the church property.
The Easter egg hunt started last year after a conversation Fr. Kevin Smith had with faith formation director Loren Christie and office manager Loraine Drake. Over 1,000 eggs were filled with candy. “Our Lady of the Snow focuses on our faith community, but also how to live that faith in service to others,” said pastoral associate Marlene Tully.
